(More customer reviews)item came in very flimsly box that was partially open. too items out of box and made sure i had all according to paper in box for inventory. not much there. showed 3 types of screws, bottom seat, back, arms, casters, and pictures of different phases of putting it to geather. views were not good enought to show which way plates went on chair had to figure it out. i thought i had it right but later found out it wasn't and had to take it all apart and do it over. only way i could get back put on was to have my wife sit on top and push it down and lay on floor and put screws in and start them. in side diamater is only 21" not a big man chair! pinches my legs when i sit down. if you want a big and tall chair look some where else. if you want help putting it togeather look some place else!
