(More customer reviews)TOO cumbersome- I was hoping for a product that was more user friendly. This thing is heavy- and difficult to extend- and just too much trouble to use. I have used it 3 times in 6 months. Dog hates it, too- but he's older. A younger dog would probably do OK with it. If you've got the muscles and time- it might work for you. But it does take some time & effort to get it into position & take it down again. I would not reorder this product.
