(More customer reviews)"Backstore" sent the wrong item; They were unprofessional, sent an open box package, with item that does NOT match description online or as per Herman Miller swatches. They were unable to provide RMA [perhaps to prevent rapid refund]. Customer support problems trickled into contacts at the Backstore using poor leverage practice and attempts to create a contract during return. I do Suggest BBB interaction to iron out problems with the company protocol. Failure to communicate with Amazon and notify return or refund after two weeks. The chair had reprinted overlaid serial numbers.
