(More customer reviews)I do a whole lot of cooking and have really enjoyed using most of my All-Clad pans, but this one has shown a consistent tendency to warp. I just can't figure out why. The pan is nice and heavy, the handle very comfortable, and the pan heats evenly, browns food well, and is an overall joy to use. Unfortunately, I have had to return it 3 times so far because the bottom warps.
I have a kitchen full of All-Clad pots and pans. Most are either stainless or LTD. This is the only LTD2 pan I have and the only one that I have ever had a problem with. I never use high heat and never wash it until it has cooled to room temperature, so abuse is not in question. It is a shame, because otherwise it is a really nice pan.
My advice would be to stay away from LTD2 until they get the bugs out.
