(More customer reviews)Got this ramp because our previous Rottweiler of 120lbs found it difficult to get in and out of our SUV once he became a senior and developed some joint issues. Our current pup loves it--and thinks it's a blast to slide down it (making training him to use it a breeze)!
The angle into our SUV (a Ford Escape) is nice and low, making it easy to maneuver. It does take up a fair amount of space even when in its storage mode, but it is worth it for the ease of loading our dog. The snap at one end is a nice touch to keep the ramp in its stored size.
My only real complaint would be that it doesn't slide open or closed too smoothly/easily. But the pluses--it's good size, the "rails" on the side, and knowing I'm saving stress on my dog's joints is well worth that slight hassle.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a large breed dog and a big car/truck/SUV!
