(More customer reviews)This cookware is truly excellent. My last set was also by Regal but was over 30 years old and although it still worked fine, it looked worn. I've used the 3 quart pot to make several batches of peanut brittle. It works better than most because there is no lip on the pan so the candy thermometer stays in place and upright. All of the candy turned out perfectly. I like the square griddle; it's very convenient for grilling small items. And I've used the steamer several times for spinach. I just have to be careful not to turn the heat too high. The pans conduct heat so well, it would be easy to burn things. I especially like the fact that it's made in America and is stainless steel. I know I'll be using these pans for years to come.
