(More customer reviews)I bought two of these sheds. First, absolutely do not buy the optional floor kit. It's flimsy and it's nearly impossible to line up plywood with the frame holes. Second, the instructions do not match the material. Mostly wrong size screws and holes leads to tremendous frustration. Third, they left out an entire bag of screws... at least they asked for machine screws in the drawings and NONE were in the kit. Fourth, center support bars were too short. This was not due to assembly errors. All the other parts of the same sides did match and there were not any other choices to make bad choices. Fifth, they really could have give you check point measurements along the way to make sure you were assembling it properly. But they don't, so if you missed anything minor detail, like putting a bar in left to right or up and down vs. the reverse, you usually had to disassemble quite a bit to make the correction. four pieces were too short. To save this pathetic purchase I went to Menards and bought some steel and aluminum to extend the bad pieces and drill new support holes and the thing did go together then. 5 hours assembly they said. Maybe at the factory with the right pieces by people who have done it every day for 5 years. I'm typically pretty handy and efficient and have built many things from scratch and kits. I'm on my 4th day of 5-6 hours/day assembling this thing.
Epilogue: Since I made this post I did complete this assembly - and have calmed down a bit. It is a nice shed, though I still do not recommend buying the foundation kit and instead recommend building your foundation yourself faster and much cheaper with either treated 2"x6" treated lumber or some other base. The roof will leak without their recommendation of applying after-assembly sealant, but the shed is pretty solid, square (doors fit and work well, etc.), and well designed - once you get it together. The instructions are very detailed - careful attention must be paid to how holes line up, and very similar parts are not the same, and very few are symmetrical. I have to believe there is an easier way to design the roof support structure for assembly though. Geez guys....
It's possible I could assemble the 2nd shed in a single day with good help... but I very much doubt 5 hours.
