I love this thing.
It is so nice to get away from the thin walled turkey fryer style pots.
Heavy walls, great valve and clear thermometer.
I am using this with a Bayou Classic SP10 High-Pressure Outdoor Gas Cooker.
The handles get hot from the cooker so have pot holders ready if you need to move it.
unless you already own some, buy some larger channel locks to put the thermometer and ball valve on.
Even with Teflon tape I get a bit of leaking around my ball valve, just had to REALLY torque down on it to tighten it.
This only happened at high heat.
Made a great batch of all grain.
