(More customer reviews)These pans are quite fabulous. They do very well as non-stick and are much, much healthier for you and the environment! They heat up very quickly and evenly. My only problem (and this is a small one) is that after cooking with the pans a while, some of the pans grayish color has turned brownish. Not a huge deal as they still work great and I am super happy with this purchase!
