(More customer reviews)A flooring contractor used this in our bathroom remodel with an existing oak floor that he sanded down. It hardly smelled at all, and dried 3 coats in 3 days to use. When I asked about his price total ($500 for about 200sf) he mentioned that the product (Traffic) cost $100 a gal, so you can see the listed price here is high.Many places have it online at about $100gal. You should talk to the company about needed sealer on raw wood.A wonderful product. Oak floor in our bathroom looks great, clean and bright against white fixtures and tile!
