& move the food around. It's non-stick if you use it properly. If food does stick, soak
in hot water for a while & food wipes right away. It will get hard-water stains in
bottom over time & use, but that's normal. You can use Barkeepers Friend to remove
those & make it shine like new. Well made pan. Cooks food evenly. Love the Le Creuset
brand. Excellent products.
