(More customer reviews)I ordered this product in mid-June 2011. It is a wonderful, reliable, solid, well made grilling marvel and not some piece of junk made overseas. It grills the way a grill should, and gives produces excellent results with ribs, steaks and burgers. I am in the process of trying other items, and I am sure that I will get stupendously good results with them as well. Only comment I have is the placement of the handles on the left and right sides, used to lift the lid. Anyone who had a grill with a wood lifting handle mounted on the front plane of the cover might potentially place their hand on this grill lid while it is hot, a burn potential. The old Char-Broil grills had such a wood handle, and even it, on occasion would get too hot to handle without protective gloves. I am going to write the manufacturer with a recommendation to that effect, and in the meanwhile, will put together a 'forward slope'-mounted handle on my own. Nevertheless, this is one of the finest grills I have ever owned and I recommend it without reservation.
