(More customer reviews)From the picture it looks like this fan light is about six to ten inches across, a little bit bigger than a recessed ceiling canister, when in actuality its quite large and wide, bigger than a large hat box, and it is way more than 19 inches in length from the ceiling, with the 2" rod it hangs more like 30". The picture and description was completely inaccurate. I was looking for something modern, and interesting... but because of the size, this really looked dated and old, the very worst of sixties mod. I returned it... which has been an adventure in itself, minus the 15 % restocking fee and the shipping charges they plan to deduct from my refund, which I still have not received, along with the wild goose chase to get it sent back. I will be more careful next time, its my fault for buying a ceiling fan online.

(More customer reviews)I've been looking at various reproductions for a while now, and since other products from this firm were well reviewed, I decided to take one for the team (possibly) and report back.
As noted, the photo is somewhat misleading, as it appears to be of an actual Knoll table, or one of the Italian reproductions. The key is that graceful narrowing as the stem approaches the base, and this Lexington table does not have that; also, the "foot" of the base is a bit chunkier. However, it is far, far better than the stovepipe appearance of the Ikea and CB2 offerings. It won't be noticeable in service, so I am satisfied.
Attachment of the tabletop to the base isn't quite as elegant, either; here, we have four exposed nuts and threaded studs. Again, they're down underneath and won't be seen by anyone that isn't looking for them. I intend to find some white plastic caps to smooth over their appearance.
Quality-wise, it is good overall; no uneven textures, sags/runs, or other flaws in the finish. It is quite glossy, but that matches my knockoff tulip chairs. The fiberglass top is quite heavy, and the mounting studs weren't exactly parallel, but there was ample clearance in the matching holes in the base, so assembly was straightforward. Have someone around to help you lift the top.
The item was well-packaged, almost too well; it took some time to hack my way down to the items themselves. Base and top are boxed separately. Delivery was by FedEx Ground, who brought both items up the steps (1 flight) and in the front door.
If you are attracted by the price but are on the fence about this, and have seen other reproductions and are okay with potential tradeoffs, I think you will like it (but your Roomba won't).

The table has a hole for an umbrella, but I would use an additional heavy stand as the table is too light by itself. My iron stand fits neatly under the table. This is a pleasant place to sit for our morning coffee or an after work drink. For our intended light use, this is an excellent value for the price.

(More customer reviews)I nearly did not purchase this dutch oven because the base is only 10 in. in diameter and I was concerned that browning large items or large quantities would be difficult or time consuming. But there is something magical about this pot. Because of its shape, the interior browning surface is much larger than the exterior base would indicate. It is no problem to brown a 5 pound chicken on top of my stove and then cover it and put it in the oven for slow roasting (300 degrees) a delicious french style roasted chicken. Yes, this pot is terribly expensive, and since I do not have the all-clad short 8 qt. stock pot which has been given top rating as a stainless steel dutch oven by Cooks Illustrated, I could not say that this pot is superior. The stainless steel all-clad short 8 qt. stock pot is much less expensive. However, I am delighted with the shape of this pot and its performance. I treasure every one of my all-clad pots. I specially treasure this one and the incredible slow roasted chicken that comes out of it. All of the all-clad pots I have cook well, and they truly will give you a lifetime of good cooking and easy clean-up. All-clad pots have been my first choice gift for wedding presents for years. I have had Le Creuset and they are also exceptional pots with many loyal users but I personally was unhappy with the weight and the difficulty with cleaning the occasional accidental scorch as well as chipping.

This was my first order from Plateau, and I must say that their audio/video furniture is beautiful, solidly built, and extremely well designed. Also, their customer service is outstanding.
I researched high-end audio/video furniture on the internet, and Plateau is the only company making furniture that will support a heavy 65-inch flat-screen TV at eye level, with a lot of audio/video gear safely underneath. The Plateau SR-V (75)" Credenza is 75 inches wide (22 inches deep) - but it's only 19 inches tall, so you won't get a kink in your neck from looking up to watch TV. The credenza has sliding glass doors (which you don't have to use), and it's roomy enough for a DVR, a Blu-ray player, an audio receiver, a speaker switching box, an audio/video surge-protector, and a large center speaker.
The credenza is made from quality medium-density fiberboard with a natural oak wood veneer. A hefty steel brace provides stability, so the credenza can't collapse on your gear. It's heavy (180 lbs.), so you'll need 2 strong guys to carry it. I got the Espresso finish, but you can also get Black Oak or Cherry.
The credenza is easy to assemble, and it has adjustable feet for leveling. The instructions are vague about the nuts, but they go on the feet. You'll want an electric screwdriver when you turn it upside down to install the brace. Do the assembly on a carpet so you don't scratch it.
The easiest way to connect your Satellite Coax, HDMI, and Power cables is this: (1) Lean the back panels loosely against the back of the credenza. (2) Push the cables through the holes in the back panels. (3) Plug the cables into your gear. (4) Slide the back panels into the slots in the back of the credenza. (5) Screw the back panels to the back of the credenza. You might want to try using Wireless LAN adaptors instead of Ethernet cable.
The ST-30 Speaker Stands look elegant beneath your front speakers. They're black. You can assemble them with feet for a hardwood floor or with spikes for a carpet. Both are adjustable for leveling. You can pour Cabela's 000 lead buckshot in the bottom of the speaker stands to weight them for steadiness.
The person who packed my carton at the factory forgot to include one of the metal pieces, but I contacted a lady at Plateau, and she promptly sent it to me. I appreciated this.
In my opinion, Plateau is a classy manufacturer. Five stars, for sure.

(More customer reviews)This is a great Kettle. Very sturdy with thick side walls and bottom. Nice and heavy. However, there is one thing I had an issue with. Not a deal breaker, but kind of misleading. The thermometer in the picture has makings that show different temps for different applications. Such as Mash, sparge, and protein rest. This is displayed in the second image that expands when you click on it. The actual thermometer has no such markings. Like I said, not a deal breaker, but I just don't like being mislead no matter how insignificant the details. Otherwise this is a great kettle. It arrived packaged in a box, inside another box. The weldless fittings came with extra gaskets and "O" rings. On some other pots that I looked at, the sidewalls of the pot where the handles were mounted would flex if I applied just a little bit of force. On this pot, nothing flexes. It's sturdy.

After building the love seat and one of the chairs, the second chair had a defective bolt insert that resulted in a bolt breaking off inside of the insert, rendering the chair useless. Customer service of the manufacturer says that they have no parts to sent as a replacement and that I need to return it. So, I need to disassemble everything, somehow try to repackage into a massive box, and find a way to ship a 150 lbs box back to Amazon.
Not a good experience at all and shoddy hardware. Beware.

The day it arrived, I couldn't wait to try it - WOW! I cut 4-5" branches, hanging over my home with very little effort. I am in my 60's and was concerned about the weight, but this saw has been a pleasure to work with. I feel safe, standing on the ground and find it very easy to prune large limbs.
The silky people stress, "let the saw do the work". This saw works on the PULL, not on the push, which makes is effortless.
Although this is probably designed for professional arborists, if you have a lot of trees and wind/ice as I do in New England, buy it!

The only thing I would improve on would be the ability for the door hinges to stop at any point when opening them - they tend to pull themselves closed until you open them halfway, then they tend to swing to fully open. My wife likes to have it somewhere in between to be able to use the mirrors to see the back of her hair. Other than that, a great product - installs easy and serves its purpose well.
The real reason I am leaving a review and giving it 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Zenith. When I originally got the product one of the mirrors had cracked during shipping. I contacted Zenith using the information on a card included with the product. Within a week, they sent out a replacement mirror. However, when I went to install it, I realized that I had told them the mirror on the end door was cracked, and it was actually the mirror on the middle door, so I ended up with three ends and no middle. I contacted them again, saying I'd be glad to pay for a new middle door or ship the end door back in exchange for a middle door.Even though it was my mistake, they were very polite on the phone, then sent me out a new middle door at no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the end door back. They went above and beyond good customer service.

I've used the 3 quart pot to make several batches of peanut brittle. It works better than most because there is no lip on the pan so the candy thermometer stays in place and upright. All of the candy turned out perfectly. I like the square griddle; it's very convenient for grilling small items. And I've used the steamer several times for spinach. I just have to be careful not to turn the heat too high. The pans conduct heat so well, it would be easy to burn things. I especially like the fact that it's made in America and is stainless steel. I know I'll be using these pans for years to come.
