Power Bright ML2300-24 2300 Watt 24 Volt DC To 110 Volt AC Power Inverter

I purchased this inverter after reading positive reviews on its 12v sibling. This is a solid inverter and a good deal for the money. Make sure to use large deep cycle/marine type batteries, wire with heavy cable, and then power anything that can run off of a standard 15A/120VAC wall outlet. This unit has powered everything I've plugged into it, to include a Ridgid brand air compressor with a 1.8HP motor. Inverter is marked "Designed in Canada, Assembled in China" and "Designed for Military Applications". This isn't a military-grade piece of gear, but it should be more than sufficient for campers, rv boondockers, solar powered cabin installations, and anyone else who needs to meet large ac power demands from a 24 volt battery bank.

Small Plexidor Dog Door / Cat Door for Walls (White) Review

Small Plexidor Dog Door / Cat Door for Walls (White)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I bought this dog door over 6 months ago. Its been great. The installation was easy; you just need a drill to make a large hole to start, and a jig saw to cut out the hole. The door comes with a template which you can tape and/or trace onto your door and away you go. Be sure to measure your dogs leg length to place the dog door at the right height. We used a cardboard box to give it all (height and size) a trial run. Be sure to not breathe in the door dust ... most door use insulation foams on the inside ... it can't be good to breathe in ... use a bandana or cloth if you don't have any gear at all. I used a exterior white caulking around it to seal it in (close all gaps to improve the insulation and cover my mistakes :) ). FYI, I never removed the door ... I've heard people doing this and making a small simple job harder.
Finally after it was in, my dogs figured it out after a quick push through it in 2-3 minutes. Now, I forget that they even have to go potty. The door is relatively quiet. It is pretty well insulated and it has never malfunctioned, gotten stuck or shown signs of wear. Its easy to wipe off when its dirty. The only thing I have noticed is that one night we had a very bad storm, a little bit of water made it in. It has a rain guard which has worked for most storms ... just not that night.
The illustration shows 2 swinging doors ... mine has only one. No big deal for me.

I picked up 2 of these for my saute' station at work...they replace my Mauviel copper that I've sent out for re-tinning...I may never go back. Other than a SLIGHT degrading of the adonized finish due to being run through a commercial dishmachine...don't try that at home, it will void your warranty...I got nuttin' but luv for these quick heat transition, easy to clean, heavy duty, flat top warriors. Before service I heat my sauces, prep buerre blanc...etc. and then make and hold an hours worth of rice in my prep oven at just the right temp...with 2 pots I can make it through an entire 12 hour shift! It's perfect for small reductions, steaming shellfish in thier own stock...etc. With just seconds of cleanup between jobs...I'm a happy chef!
I have 27 pieces of this line and I'm going to shop for a set for home...my Mauviel copper will just be lookin' good on my shelves from now on.
Lemme know how you like 'em.
I gotta give less than 5 mojo*z because of the SLIGHTLY touchy adonized finish so...4 1/2 will do!

Haier HLP23E Electronic 1-1/2-Cubic-Foot Touch Pulsator Top-Loading Portable Washing Machine Review

Haier HLP23E Electronic 1-1/2-Cubic-Foot Touch Pulsator Top-Loading Portable Washing Machine
Average Reviews:

I live in a one-bedroom unit in a massive apartment building with 6 laundry machines in the basement. I did not buy this unit from Amazon but rather from a Chinese electronics dealer in my area. Haier is very popular in China and the machine came highly recommended by the dealer.
The dealer delivered it to me, set it up and away we went. I have had this unit for about a month and here are my comments:
1) The unit is quieter than a traditional laundry machine.
2) I have had no problems with balancing the machine or with water intake. It fills quickly so long as there is high water pressure. The machine balances itself by stopping and starting until the clothes are balanced.
3) The high water level can accommodate a lot of clothes. I do about 3 loads a week: shirts/undies, pants, and towels.
4)It uses a lot less soap than traditional washers (about half I would say)
5)The regular wash runs for about 45 mins which I found excessive. The quickwash runs for about 22 minutes and I find that my clothes are perfectly clean. I only use the regular wash for very soiled items.
6) My unit came with casters so I had no problem. You may also buy casters at the hardware store... the casters are fairly standard.
7) Hooking it up to the sink did require a trip to the hardware store but it was easy to find the adapter as I brought the intake hose with me.

Ideal for small apartments or homes with limited space, this portable washing machine connects to a sink in just five easy steps with the included quick-connect sink adapter. The appliance features a 1-1/2-cubic-foot tub that can accommodate loads both large and small, plus an electronic control panel with an LED display for simple operation. Choose from four wash cycles (soak, wash, rinse, or spin); four water-level settings (very low, low, medium, or high), depending on the size of the load; and six cycle programs (standard, heavy, gentle, quick wash, wash, or spin). It also provides a power "on/off" button, a "start/pause" button for starting or pausing the wash cycle, function indicator lights, a beep to signal the end of the cycle, and automatic shut-off after about 10 minutes. Leveling legs make it possible to stabilize the unit even if it sits on uneven ground, and its see-through top lid allows for checking in on the wash cycle at a glance. To ensure safety, the unit will not operate with the lid open. Accessories include a power-cord clip, a water inlet hose, a drain-hose outlet plug, a gooseneck drain hook, a drain hose clamp, a lint filter, and a water filter--both filters can be removed for cleaning as needed. Fully assembled, the CSA-approved washing machine measures 19-11/16 by 21-1/8 by 34-23/32 inches and carries a one-year warranty.

Extra Large Plexidor Pet Door / Dog Door for Doors (Silver) Review

Extra Large Plexidor Pet Door / Dog Door for Doors (Silver)
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Finally, a dog door that keeps in the heat and keeps out the cold. I love it. It is a remarkable improvement over the near-worthless PetSafe door I had previously, which warped, tore, fell apart and was like having an open window all year round. This new door is really expensive compared to other brands, but it is worth every penny. I hired a professional contractor to install it and it took him less than two hours (he removed the back door to install the dog door into it, and then replaced the back door on its hinges.) I wish I had bought this door four years ago back when my German Shepherd was a little fuzzball.
UPDATE: My dog has been using this door for 13 months. It took about 5 minutes and 4 pieces of cheese to train her to use it. This door still keeps out the cold. I would buy this door again in a minute.

Akdy Tempered Glass Shower Panel 787392b Rain Style Massage System Review

Akdy Tempered Glass Shower Panel 787392b Rain Style Massage System
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I just bought a home and am in the process of renovating the bathroom. Decided that I can't afford all complex and expensive built in massage systems but wanted something with sprayers, rain head and the hand held. This item had all the features and it looked pretty decent on the pictures so I decided to give it a try. Came within a week, packaged securely. Looked very nice out of the box, the only thing that I would have a negative feeling about was that the rain head is not made out of glass, but a cheap plastic, without touching it, you wont be able to tell the difference.
Very easy installation. Two brackets have to be mounted on the tiles, and then you mount entire shower panel on those two brackets. When it comes to the water hook up, not very complex either, you have two 1/2" hoses, cold and hot, connect them two your existing pipes, hung the panel on two brackets and you are done.
It delivers very nice stream out of jets.
The lcd display looks ok, however it has very cheesy "DISPLAY" lettering right underneath it. Again for the price I think its a very good buy.
Overall Im very happy with the product.
Works great and appears pretty nice until you get very, very close to it and notice that there is much more plastic in there then you would like.
I would buy it again.

Contemporary metal wall art. Wall Sculptures by Ash Carl Review

Contemporary metal wall art. Wall Sculptures by Ash Carl
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This is an awesome piece of art, but the pictures are very misleading. The panels are silver- bright silver- similar to aluminum. It is all the lighting that makes it look the way it does in the pictures- the real art has no color at all. Clearly, he has it at his studio with some amazing lighting. Also, the pictures make it look very long. The panels are only 2 ft. long- where as the pictures make it look like they're huge. So just check his description, and read my review, and you'll know what you're getting.
Overall, great piece of work, but we got it for a room with brown accents, and it doesn't match. Quick fix, we'll get a cool track lighting to go over it, to shine it, giving it the golden look. Great piece though, I would definitely recommend it, and I will probably get another piece of art.

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 10-Piece Cookware Set Review

Calphalon Contemporary Stainless 10-Piece Cookware Set
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I would rate this 4.6; reasons to follow:
To start off, I spent around 5 months of looking into cookware before I made a decision on these. Some of the "Honorable mentions" would be All Clad, Emeril Ware, Simply Calphalon, Calphalon One, Calphalon NonStick, and the Calphalon Anodized. After much debate, handling, and "weighing of pros and cons", I settled on this set.
The BreakDown:
I LOVE this set and would definitely purchase these lil' gems again. I plan on getting married soon and I'm the more of the cook in the relationship; hence, I was looking for something long-term and that both of us would feel comfortable using.
THE SELLING POINTS:
Stylish, brushed stainless steel coating. Looks good now, should still be in style later on. Traditional look with a contemporary style.
See-through lids (although it fogs up and you can't see anything anyway, it's a splashy idea nonetheless)
Smooth handle with "Y" connected handle - This is GREAT since the heat transfer area is slight and really keeps the handle safe to the touch. The other thing with the handle is that it's easy to hold even with the heavier pan (3-quart sauté pan). When I checked out All Clad's cookware, their handles hurt my hand. Theirs is in the shape of a sharp edged trough - I could barely hold the thing without pain; and this was before food was in it.
Weight: These don't really weigh all that much compared to some of the other brands. By no means is it lightweight; but it provides a "solid" feel to it. My Fiance, who has small hands (ring size 3) doesn't have a problem handling these. She used All Clad and hated the handle design and the weight of them.
Even Heating: it's been mentioned before, but these really do heat up evenly. Some (Emerilware) have this little copper/metal base on the bottom of the pan. Pretty much only the food above the base gets cooked and the outsides don't. I've never had a problem with uneven cooking, even with a largely stuffed pan. Don't misunderstand this, you still do have to rotate food while cooking; but this isn't a serious concern.
Non-stick: Although this set is NOT non-stick. It sure has some of it's properties. I can make a fried egg with no problem and saute stuff with no sticking. IF food does start to stick, see Tip 1 below.THE BLAHHH:
Heating: It IS true...these will heat up quickly. DO NOT put these past HIGH! Even Med-High is pushing it. In my experience, I can saute onions, peppers, chicken ect at low-med heat with no problem. I can not tell you how many times I've burned olive oil in these things; and it's a $***& to get off. If you do happen to burn stuff in these, get BarKeeper's Friend. It takes off most of what you had on there.
Tip 1: I found out that after cooking a particularly "dirty" dish (or if food starts to stick to it), I'd have to use BK Friend to get it back to where food (eggs in particular wouldn't stick to it).

Edges: You'll notice that there's an edge for where the lid fits comfortably in place. The problem here is that if you burn something in the pan, you'll need a knife/razor blade to scrape this stuff off. Even BKF won't get off some of this stuff if you burn it on good enough. I like the edges, but the fact that there's no way to really clean this is a con.
Scratching: Ok, here's the deal with this. Calphalon DOES say that you CAN use metal utensils with this set. Using metal utensils doesn't hurt the cookware; but it WILL scratch them. I use wood or plastic with these and have had great luck with it. In the case that I do need to scrape stuff off the bottom. I have no problem with using metal. If I'm somewhat careful, I might inflict a minute scratch.
Washing: This really isn't a Con per se, but it can be a turn-off to some people. You WILL have to hand wash these and DRY them when you're done cooking. No air-drying here. It'll leave water marks and food will stick.
Tip 2: always use hot soapy water when washing this stuff and never put cold water in these when they're hot in order to get the "bits" off. You'll ruin it and void the warranty. Conclusion:
From talking to other people, this set seems to be a bit more finicky about it's care and use than some of the other brands. For me, this has been a "Smooth" set to work with and it seems to be a great tool. Something that I'll be using for a rather long time. It is one of the more expensive of Calphalon's line, and you can't always find this line. Get the stuff early, and get all the matching stuff that you'd want - it might not be here forever.

Gaggia 14101 Classic Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless Steel Review

Gaggia 14101 Classic Espresso Machine, Brushed Stainless Steel
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
For the price, I'd give the espresso making part of this machine 5 stars. The portafilter and brew group are substantial and well-made. I've worked at two espresso shops with commercial machines, and the parts on this moderately priced Gaggia are nearly as heavy and substantial as the big multiple-thousands of dollars machines. I've had the machine for 4 days and have been brewing shots with Starbuck$ pods. The toggle switches are easy to use, the reservoir is easy to fill, and the shots are aromatic and full of crema every time. However, the steaming wand takes a star away from this machine. It does not rotate in every direction like the comparably priced Starbucks machine. This makes it hard to remove a cup full of frothed milk from under the wand without spilling. Also, the plastic frother contraption is silly. Actual frothing capability is pretty good, though the plain metal tips on the commercial machines produced finer microfroth, and were more fine-tuned to the trained barista's hand. Overall, it's a good-looking machine, and I'm satisfied with it for my main purposes - iced lattes and americanos, and straight double shots, all of which do not require use of the steaming attachment. This is a good entry-level machine that will brew you good shots, and look good on your countertop. However, I'm expecting to outgrow it and move up to an Isomac with more refined steaming capability within a few years.

Campbell Hausfeld WG2060 90 Amp MIG/Flux Versa-Arc Welder
Average Reviews:

I had just bought a lower priced model CH welder at Walmart the week prior when I saw this model here on Amazon. I was not looking for an upgraded model like this to weld Aluminum, etc. but the Amazon coupon offer (at the time) made it too temping.
The free shipping was very fast via FedEx ground and arrived well padded and perfect.
I tried it out on some scrap metal and it worked well. The tension control needs to be played with a bit to get a perfect feed but other than that it's great. The four heat settings make welding the right materials a snap. You don't need a 20A circuit per se, but to use heat setting 4 for any length of time you will.
I asked my cousin, aka Big Country (a senior welder), to give me his thoughts and he said it could not have been beat for the dollar and that it was "nice!"

I love, love, love this outdoor furniture. I purchased this table and the two chairs and bench that match it. They are so beautiful! The pictures don't really do them justice. I actually thought they cost too much but when I received them I realized they are worth every penny. They are heavy, sturdy metal and seem very well made. Plus the detail is fantastic. This table has a stem for the table leg with a caterpillar wrapped around it. Everybody I have over comments on them. The only drawback is that the chairs are not the most comfortable. But I bought these really for decoration. If you are looking for furniture that will be the cutest on your block and that will hold up for years to come, this is for you.

Blendtec 65-601-BHM Mix N' Blend II Review

Blendtec 65-601-BHM Mix N' Blend II
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I needed a blender and a mixer. I almost bought the Kitchen Aid many times, but keep reading about the nightmare many had over the 'NEW' Kitchen Aid machine, one of the review pointed to a Bosch. Meanwhile I bought a Vita Mix from Costco, love the power but cannot live with the size and how much room it takes on the counter. As I do more research on the internet about blender, I came across the Blectec Blender and it seems to have a product very similar to the Bosch unit but more powerful, American Made and cheaper. Hesitated for a few weeks, as the motor on the Mix and Blend is only 2/3 of the Blendtec Blender. Finally found a site that will allow a 30days money back. I have not regret buying this unit for a single minute.
The unit fits under the counter, the blade is not sharp and the jar is much easier to clean than the Vita Mix. It makes smoothies as good if not better than the Vita Mix. It has pre programed settings that do varies speed and makes a perfect smoothie, also used it for Almond milk, what a treat! The mixer is wonderful, it somehow detects the gluten level of the bread and stops itself. The unit looks small, but it holds a huge amount of ingredients.
Best of all, it takes the place of a Kitchen Aid around $350, and a really powerful blender around $400. I have all the power and the features in this compact powerful unit costing under $350, and American Made.

Hobart 500521 Handler 125 EZWire Feed Welder Review

Hobart 500521 Handler 125 EZWire Feed Welder
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Two weldors in my family encouraged me to get a Miller Auto Set welder because they are so easy to use. Just set the thickness of the metal and the welder does the rest. But, the Miller they suggested is much more welder than I need. The Handler 125 EZ is somewhat similar to that Miller because the user sets one knob for the thickness of the metal and the machine does the rest. This Hobart costs much less than the Miller Auto Set welders. (Miller and Hobart are now the same company.) Most of my welding is on materials approximately 1/8 inch in thickness, so the Handler's 125 amp maximum output at 115 volts and 20 amps AC input is adequate for most of my needs. Reviewers elsewhere on the Internet say the Handler really does weld steel 3/16 inch thick in a single pass, and thicker still with multiple passes. I did weld some 5/8" x 5/8" bar stock end-to-end by grinding a chamfer on each end and making a root weld. Then I built up the "V" openings with repeated alternating passes. I used a home workshop MAPP gas torch to preheat the parent metal and got a very good weld. The 115 volt input will enable me to do jobs anywhere. It weighs only 50 pounds and can easily be carried with one hand. A nice touch is that the spring loaded handle lays down on the case automatically.
Some hooks on the welder's case for coiling up the power cord, ground cable, and gun sheath would make carrying it to a job site much easier. Still, the machine is small enough that it can sit on the lower shelf of my workbench very easily and always be ready for use.
The Handler comes with one pound of .030 flux core wire and three .030 gun tips. The night before it was delivered I watched some short YouTube videos about using a wire feed welder. I also downloaded the Handler's manual from Hobart's site and read quite a bit of it. Those things together with some prior experience using a 230 volt stick welder gave me good welds right out of the box. The Handler is easy to set up and to begin using. Instructions about setting the tension on the spool and the feed roller were not very detailed or precise, but I got close enough on the first try for the machine to work very well. I thought I might need to beef up the ground clamp for better contact, but it works much better than I expected. It is only stamped steel coated in copper like an automobile jumper cable.
I thought I read that an extra kit is available for welding with bottled gas shielding. But, Hobart's site says this welder is for flux core wire only. My flux core welds produce so little slag, though, that I checked the wire spool label to be certain it was not actually solid wire for use with gas shield welding. So far my welds are very smooth in appearance, too. Tack welds are so much easier than with a stick welder. It would be very much worth the extra effort to prepare joints with a "V" opening for the best weld penetration.
If I set the selector dial too low for the steel I am welding, the wire simply sticks on the steel. Just move the knob to a higher setting. When welding pieces of two different thicknesses together, set the dial for the thicker of the two pieces and favor the thicker piece with the arc.
The gun's trigger is very sensitive and it is easy to apply a little pressure before you are ready to begin welding, especially while wearing leather gloves. Then too much wire suddenly sticks out of the gun and you must stop to trim the wire before beginning to weld. But, that is just a "newbie" problem and it will go away with more experience.
When I weld a ¼ inch nut to something with my stick welder, the threads distort from heat and I must run a tap through the nut before use. With the Handler 125 EZ I can tack weld a nut to a piece of steel and the threads do not distort.
The Handler is a solidly built machine made in the USA, not overseas. I want to keep my stick welder, if only for heating steel to bend or occasionally to braze using my homemade carbon arc torch. But, the Handler works so well that I expect my stick welder to gather a lot of dust. I have looked at wire feed welders over the last few years and I would have expected the Handler 125 EZ to cost considerably more, considering its features. If you want to weld mild steel 3/16 inch thick and less, you will not be sorry you bought this welder.
No helmet or face mask is included. A self-darkening hood makes a nice compliment to this welder. If you will be welding with one hand only, you can buy a replacement lens for two dollars and mount it in a piece of cardboard with an attached wooden handle.

All-Clad Copper Core 7-Piece Cookware Set

(More customer reviews)
Over the years I have used a variety of cookware--aluminum bottomed stainless Revere Ware, Magnalite Professional, Calphalon, Calphalon Professional NonStick. When I finally had to throw out the last of my tattered collection, I started to look for some stainless cookware that would stand the test of time and offer performance to boot. I decided to splurge on this All-Clad Copper Core.
One of the pieces I recieved was this 1 1/2 Quart saucepan. What a workhorse this one is! Rice to soup to lentils to barely to country gravy, it gets used! The most used of all my Copper Core is this little pot!
Delighted to report that I am THRILLED with this expensive splurge! All-Clad is NOT about expensive hype and status, those these pans are beautifully made, instead they do everything cookware should, and have literally changed the way I cook. Having attended CIA and worked as a professional chef for a few years, I know the golden rule for food not sticking: preheat pan, add oil, let oil heat for 5-10 seconds, then add food. Using these guidelines with the Copper Core, nothing sticks! And I mean for some things, like omelets or fried eggs in the 10" frypan, the performance is as good as my brand new Calphalon NonStick was; when you can just slide omelets and fried eggs out of the pan without ANY sticking at all, why would you ever need Nonstick or Teflon based products?!
However, these pans are also superbly capable of developing a fond on the pan bottom for deglazing and subsequent sauces; in fact I have had them give every last bit of the fond up when deglazed, almost cleaning the pan for me! That's the best thing about them--they do everything right. I am not sure if it's All-Clad propriety stainless "recipe" or what, but these pans are so amazing to be able to function on all levels from eggs sliding out with ZILCH sticking to chicken [...] sticking just enough to develop rich fond for complete deglazing, to the light and glazy fond from sauteed onions and garlic for developing a richer risotto when deglazed with wine.
Mind you, this is partly about knowing some basic cooking principles, and these pans might not act so obligingly in non experienced hands, because when I read about people commenting on how everything sticks in their All-Clad stainless interior, I know it isn't All-Clad's fault, believe me!
I have found the copper core very responsive and quick to adjust to temperature. Perhaps not as great as true copper pot and pans, but noticeably better than aluminum cores (Stainless line) or anodized aluminum (Magnalite Pro/Calphalon). These pans heat up and boil water faster than anything I have ever used, aside from true copper cookware, and when turning the heat down, or removing from burner, they also cool incredibly quickly. It's nice to have semi-copper performance with the ease of stainless steel clean-up. And this cookware does clean-up quickly and easily, particularly when using Barkeepers Friend. I use plastic and wooden utensils (no metal) and they still look almost brand new after several months.
The copper band however does tarnish and discolor just as much and just as fast as a true copper pot or pan, so if you are fanatic, you will need to polish the tarnish away fairly often (at least every other week). However this is barely noticeable for us real world users, and Barkeepers friend does a good job of semi-polishing the copper (but it won't gleam).
I know, I know, they are SO expensive. But honestly, if you know how to cook or want to learn with responsive cookware, I honestly feel this is a great investment. I am wholeheartedly thrilled that I made it and cannot recommend highly enough.

Up until now All-Clad's excellent heat conductivity has been a result of an aluminum core. Another metal equally efficient when it comes to conducting heat is copper. All-Clad now has a complete line of copper core stainless steel cookware which uses bonded 5-ply construction to achieve culinary perfection. The copper core is exposed in an attractive band around each piece, adding warmth, color, and authenticity. Unlike pans with an abundance of exposed copper, these pieces clean easily and are lined with durable food-safe stainless steel. With pieces for frying, browning, simmering, and boiling, your kitchen will be well-equipped with the basics. If you are considering the purchase of new cookware it is a wise shopper who buys "in bulk" as set pricing is nearly always lower than open stock purchasing.

Nespresso CitiZ Automatic Espresso Maker and Milk Frother Review

Nespresso CitiZ Automatic Espresso Maker and Milk Frother

With all the new style espresso machines on the market (Tassimo, Keurig, Flavia, etc.) I was convinced that Nespresso was more of the same: a set of stylish gimmicks designed to convince you that this "espresso" (though not real at all) was "the real thing." It never is.
Which is why the Nespresso is so great. It IS the REAL THING. The capsules contain nothing more than espresso coffee grounds. The machine is simply an automated and miniaturized "real" espresso rig. And the results speak for themselves:
-- full bodied crema like you get from the best barista
-- speedy and HOT cups of espresso
-- the espresso produced is crisp and clear, full bodied, and smooth
-- my Sicilian wife and all her relatives (numerous, and mostly named "Maria" "Antonina" and "Dominic") all fully approve of the espresso that comes out. Comparing is to "Nonna's" would be sacrilege, but although those words have not been spoken yet, I am conviced the thought has crossed a couple minds. :-)
-- all this in under 30 seconds and within a square foot of counter space.
The frothing unit that comes with the machine is nothing short of black magic. I have NO IDEA what it does or how it does it, but the results will amaze you. And the best part is it's easy to clean: no sticky milk mess left behind to make you wonder who's gonna get sick first.
Coffee for this machine is 55 cents per cup, and Nespresso delivers online orders with astonishing speed (which is good, because you can't get the coffee from anyone else!). A bit pricey, but in this case you DO get what you pay for... and then some.

Combining an ultra-urban, retro-modern design with exceptionally practical, user-friendly functionality, this automatic espresso maker not only functions as a beautiful accent piece to any kitchen counter, but it also brews up soothing, cafe-style coffee drinks quickly and easily. The single-serve machine features a unique extraction system designed specifically for coffee-filled capsules, which means perfect espresso every time. The appliance perforates the hermetically sealed capsule and soaks all the ground coffee to optimally filter the coffee, while its high-pressure 19-bar pump extracts all the aromas and gives body to the espresso, ensuring a thick golden crema--the delicious creamy layer on top. Best of all, it comes with an integrated Aeroccino for creating an endless variety of milk-based coffee drinks at the touch of a button. To begin, fill the Aeroccino with the desired amount of milk and press the "start" button, open the lever, insert a capsule and close the lever, fill a glass with the hot milk froth and place the glass under the coffee outlet, then press the Espresso or Lungo button--voila: creamy, delicious coffee drinks. The flow of coffee depends on the coffee variety selected, and up to 11 used capsules collect in the capsule container for later disposal. Other thoughtful design details include automatic and programmable volume control, an energy-saving mode, a 1-liter removable water tank, a removable drip tray, and folding cup support (one position for a cup and one position for a macchiato glass). The 1710-watt espresso maker and milk frother measures 14-3/5 by 9-2/7 by 11 inches.

Power Bright XTW3000-12 Pure Sine Power Inverter 3000 Watt 12 Volt DC To 110 Volt AC Review

Power Bright XTW3000-12 Pure Sine Power Inverter 3000 Watt 12 Volt DC To 110 Volt AC

This inverter is a great value. It shipped with 3' of 0-gauge cables to connect it to the batteries, which was a nice bonus. The remote looks like a little keyless entry car key fob with three buttons, but only one button seems to do anything - it toggles the inverter on or off. Of course, the switch on the inverter must be in the "on" position for the remote to work.
I installed it in my camper with 300Ah Lifeline batteries and I was able to run both the air conditioner and the microwave at the same time, using about 2700W according to the inverter's display.
Here are the downsides - the 4 plugs each have an independent 15amp breaker on them, so by default you can't run any single device that requires more than about 1500W. But I opened the inverter and noticed that the left and right plugs are wired to the same place (and on the same phase). So, if you tie them together, you can get 30A out of it without popping the breakers.
But the biggest downside is the overheat shutoff feature. According to the manual, the thing will shut itself down if the ambient temperature goes above 37C. That's only 95F. So if you're counting on it for air conditioning, you better have a way to cool off the inverter before you count on the inverter to run the air conditioner!!
This may not be the best inverter to build into the camper, but at this price it's hard to ignore.
