(More customer reviews)What first caught my attention were the removable handles: my storage is tight; so this is a bonus. These pieces have a substantial, well-balanced feel. The very best feature is that they conduct heat so efficiently that for the very first time my stove was able to maintain a low simmer without either burning or losing the boil. I was able to make a brilliant cream sauce with stove and pot behaving brilliantly. Am very, very pleased!
