They could not contact them either. No directions in the box, some damage to one chair and no hardware to construct the other one.
Good solution from Amazon, but chairs are not "hefty" and the rocker tilts downward so you have to lean back to sit straight. Would I buy them again? Probably, due to price and value. Everything comparable is twice the price. Just hope everything is in the box, including the directions.

The set of two cushioned Grand Isle swivel rockers turn ordinary porches and patios into fun, outdoor retreats. Adding comfort to the sturdy design are removable seat cushions which are secured to the frame via Velcro straps. The cushions are upholstered in 100 percent polypropylene canvas and filled with 50 percent polyester and 50 percent PU foam. Cushions measure 20.8 by 22 by 2.5 inches.
