(More customer reviews)First of all the quality is great. Nicely built. Has a mechanical on/off switch which is essential if you are planning on placing this on a timer like I did. The problem I have with it is that it simply doesn't get hot enough. Does get warm, or maybe tepid. Certainly not like that right out of the dryer feeling. It does allow wet towels, placed on it, to dry faster.
I did buy another cheaper model for $68 at a local retailer because it had 3 settings. None were hotter. It also had an electronic on/off switch which didn't work with a timer. Its quality was cheap plastic as well.
Overall I would not buy another as the amount of warmness is not worth this price.
