Even though we needed to get a replacement part (a screw for the misaligned hole in the finial), this went so smoothly we were nicely surprised. Their customer service sent us the entire finial kit quickly, so the impression about the product and the company is now even better.
The color is beautiful (we chose the bronze finish with white bronze trim). It goes well with our contemporary beige house. The only problem is we cannot find contrasting numbers to put on the post that would match the style, finish, and quality.
