(More customer reviews)Unfortunately, this chair arrived with screws missing, so I couldn't assemble it. I contacted the manufacturer and they offered to send the screws, but it took weeks to receive them. I gave up hope in receiving the screws and returned the product to Amazon. Amazon handled the return and did a great job helping me contact the manufacturer. Dealing with Amazon has exceeded my expectations.
