(More customer reviews)This is a terrible product. The person who couldn't get delivery was lucky. Crucial connection parts are made with plastic rather than metal. Mine snapped within 6 months. While the manufacturer has a one year warranty (I didn't buy through Amazon), they refuse to answer emails or phone calls. So poor product, no warranty, expensive. Buy another product.
